• Above transfer rates are per way basis

• Above rates are NETT and are subject to 50% Cancellation charge made less than 24 hrs.

• Full payment for No Show and No refund for additional cost incurred if the guest take taxi to hotel after the allocated waiting time and we didn't received phone call from guest.

• All transfers and tours are conducted by our experience English speaking driver guide or with English Guide whichever applicable

• All reservation must be send in either by fax and email within 48 hours notice.

• All reservation is on first come first serve basis and may change with or without prior notice.

• All booking confirmation is accompany by our reference confirmation number (WSLC000001) and our billing amount.

• Maximum waiting time for arrival transfer at Kuala Lumpur International Airport is 1 hrs 30 min from estimate Time Of Arrival (ETA)

• All departure pick up is base on 3 hrs 30 min from the estimate time of departure (ETD) if no advise pick up time given by agent.

• Any CASH collection or handover instruction must clearly stated at your booking and company are not responsible for the unclear instruction given by agent.

• One (1) luggage per guest and any additional luggage are depend on space availability, if not guest need to make their own arrangement.

• The company reserves the right to amend / cancel the above rates due to any circumstances with or without prior notice.

• Coach rate exclude Tour Guide, please advise specific instruction for guide required.  Otherwise, you have to arrange on your own.

• Payment is by credit card or direct Cash upon service provided (COD) basis unless prior credit arrangement are arranged.

• We also accept direct CASH payment from guest during the pick up
