  • Please allocate 1 hrs 30 mins for the journey from Kuala Lumpur Hotels to Airport and From Airport To Kuala Lumpur City Centre hotels

  • One (1) luggage per person is allow and any additional luggage is depend on space availability, if not guest need to make own arrangement 

  • Our Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay to luggage carried

  • All timetable are fixed and vehicle will leave as per schedule

  • All reservation are on first come first serve basis

  • Be at least 15 minutes in advance before your pick-up time

  • Shuttles will not be turned around to retrieve late passengers

  • Joint Basis (SIC) transfer are base on the same Time or same Flight for arrival or departure pick up

  • For all departure transfer for Joint Basis (SIC) Coach will pick up maximum two (2) hotels, please allocate 1 hrs 30 mins for pick up

  • Maximum waiting time for Joint basis transfer or SIC is 1 hrs 30 min from estimate Time Of Arrival (ETA) with additional 30 mins for the delay guest

  • 3 years old to 8 years old will be consider child and above 9 years old is adult
